## What it is
Green Margin is a B2B SaaS platform. It sits between a retailer's commerce stack and verified nature restoration projects. A small contribution (e.g. £1 per unit sold) is automatically captured at point of sale, routed to a CreditNature-verified nature project, and reported back to the retailer with full CSRD/TNFD-ready impact data.

## How it works

- A configurable contribution amount is set per product, category, or channel
- Every qualifying transaction triggers an automatic contribution
- Contributions are aggregated and routed to verified UK nature restoration projects
- CreditNature independently verifies each project using the Ecosystem Management Rating (EMR) — an A-G rating system for ecological management quality
- Retailer receives automated impact reports: hectares funded, CO2 captured, biodiversity score, species returning, CSRD/TNFD-ready export
